Dudamart offers the following Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me immediately. I allow two weeks to return any purchase from my store for a full refund. I will credit your account upon receipt of the returned items.
Dudamart Shipping Insurance Policy:
If you purchase insurance for your order and there is a problem with shipping we will place a claim at the Post Office and when the Post Office approves the claim you will get a cash refund.
If there is a shipping problem and you did not buy insurace for your order, after waiting three weeks I will remake your purchase.
Of course if there is ever damage due to shipping I will remake the damaged items. |
