How to place an order-
If you miss a set from my weekly update or you see a set in the store or in my gallery that you would like to order, here is how it works...
1. Use this form to send me an email or this link - info@dudamart.com. In your email, please include the set numbers of any beads that you would like me to re-make. I'll reply to confirm that I got your email and add you to my order list.
Please make sure that info@dudamart.com has been added to your email address book or is not blocked by any spam blocker so that you will receive my reply.
2. It usually takes me about 7-10 days to finish an order. I'll email you that your order is finished and collect payment at that time.
3. Many beads, especially organic designs or boro beads, can not be exactly duplicated. If you are not satisfied with the remake after seeing the photo, just let me know, there is never any obligation to purchase your request.
4. Remember I am a single person operation, I do my best to complete your order in a timely fashion but sometimes life just happens, your patience is greatly appreciated.
